Commercial Flooring Toronto has installed commercial floors across the GTA since 2004. The work splits six ways: modular carpet tile from Interface, Milliken, and Shaw Contract; commercial LVT and VCT from Karndean, Amtico, and Marley Flexco; heavy-duty homogeneous sheet vinyl for healthcare from Polyflor, Altro, Forbo Sphera, and Tarkett iQ; commercial rubber from Mondo, Ecore, Nora Systems, and Roppe; polyaspartic and epoxy warehouse coatings from Sherwin-Williams, Sika, and Dur-A-Flex; and recessed entrance matting from Pedigrid, Nystrom, and Milliken Obex.
All six are self-performed by directly employed, factory-trained crews. No subcontracted labour, which is the reason a multi-material fit-out can run on one written quote and one workmanship warranty rather than being split across four trades who each point at each other when something moves.

Installers, welders, and coating applicators employed directly rather than subcontracted, trained through the INSTALL apprenticeship and certified on the manufacturer lines they work with. Estimators walk every site before a number is issued, which is why the quote and the invoice tend to match.

What GTA Facility Managers and GCs Say
