## 5 Questions Before You Send a Quote Request

### How quickly will I get a quote back?

Within 4 business hours of receiving your facility details. The quote is itemised in Canadian dollars with assessment, material, subfloor prep, adhesive, removal, disposal, and any after-hours differential on separate lines. There is no gating step and no obligation to book.

### What should I include in the first message?

Facility type, approximate area in square feet, the current flooring and roughly how old it is, the city, and your work window. If a material has already been specified by an architect or designer, name it. Those five things are usually enough to produce a real number rather than a range.

### Do you charge for a site assessment?

The on-site assessment is $199 CAD and it is waived when work is authorized on the same visit. It covers an estimator walking the space, identifying the existing covering and what sits beneath it, checking levels, and confirming access and work windows.

### Do you have a showroom we can visit?

No. We are a commercial installation contractor working by appointment across the GTA, not a retail showroom. Material samples and manufacturer specification sheets are brought to your site during the assessment, which is more useful than a showroom anyway because you see them against your own lighting and substrate.

### Can you work with our general contractor or architect directly?

Yes. We work under CCDC 2 contracts, supply current WSIB clearance and $2M commercial general liability certificates on request, and coordinate with base-building superintendents and other trades. LEED v4 EPD and HPD submittals and BOMA waste-diversion logs are provided for the project file.
